OUR DESIGN PROCESS…
Initial Consultation:
First, we will set up an appointment with you to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. You will provide your priorities and basic design guidelines and we will work on the plan. We will conduct a site analysis to identify the opportunities and challenges of your property, which will play a key role in design solution. Some projects do not require a design, but for more complex implementations we recommend developing a plan in order to pin down all the construction details and avoiding miscommunication during installation process. If design is needed then small fee will apply, which will be discussed with you on the initial meeting.
Conceptual Design:
Having years of experience, we understand the value of the professional design plan and the problems that could arise without having one. Blueprint of your project will help you to better understand the final outcome. This is why we take the time to prepare one for you. Keeping the client involved in this process will result in a successful design. We welcome any input you may have as we want to create exactly what you envision.
Final Design & Installation:
The final stage consists of discussing construction costs and selecting the final landscape materials. Once agreed, your signature on our estimate will secure your spot on installation schedule. Please, keep in mind that due to the nature of the business and many variables we cannot promise any specific installation dates, yet we will try to respect your timeframes. If any permits are needed from the town hall or condo association, we kindly ask the customer to obtain those at their convenience.
